Steve Bandy
Steve is a Chattanooga native who attended Hixon High School and graduated with a BS in Marketing from Chattanooga State Technical Community College. Steve has several years of experience in commercial real estate as well as 18 years as a sales engineer in the East TN area.
Shawn Kotarski
Shawn is a Technical Sales Representative and has been with REA since 2015. Prior joining REA, Shawn attended UT Chattanooga and acquired over 23 years of experience in the electrical and building automation industries.
Eddie Irwin
Eddie is an Application Engineer with REA Inc and has been in the HVAC industry since 1990. Eddie spent 20 years with Carrier Corporation and has 5 years’ experience with a control contracting company Eddie earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Michael Davis
Michael Davis – Project Manager: 12 years’ experience in the controls industry with extensive experience with Tridium. The Alerton Integration Engine (AIE) line of controllers are based on Niagara Framework developed by Tridium. Michael is new to REA Controls and the majority of his past programming and installation experience has been with the Staefa and Delta lines of DDC control systems along with the Tridium offerings. Michael has obtained the Niagara R2 and AX Framework Certifications.
Anthony McDonald
Andy joined REA as a Controls Specialist in 2016. He has over 20 years’ experience in the HVAC industry with the last 10 being in controls. He has experience with Delta, Staefa, & Schneider controls systems. He has obtained Delta Controls Level I Certifications.
